Delhi is a market that has always witnessed demand on both the residential real estate and commercial real estate fronts. Nicknamed the Millenium City, Delhi's star rose when Maruti Suzuki set up its factory in the 1970s. Since then many other top companies have set up shop here, which in turn has led to the increase in demand for 3 BHk in Dwarka Expressway.

The floor area ratio (FAR) is set to be lowered for this project.

The real estate industry as such as witnessed a slowdown. With the elections throwing up a clear winner, it is expected that a slew of new infrastructure projects will be announced and this will push the real estate industry out of the slump. In this scenario, Delhi will emerge as a market which everyone will watch with a keen interest. So this might be the right time to purchase Ultra Luxury Apartment in Dwarka Expressway.
